The service

Korpious Stock Alerts sends notifications when moving-average cross events occur on stocks you select. Alerts are computed from third-party market data on a periodic schedule; delivery times and data accuracy are not guaranteed.

Not financial advice

Everything this service produces is for educational and informational purposes only. Alerts are mechanical descriptions of price/average crossovers — they are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Credits and payments

• Alerts are paid for with prepaid credits (1 credit = 1 alert). New accounts receive 100 free credits.
• Credits are consumed only when an alert is actually sent, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request.
• Referral rewards (100 credits) are granted once per referred user, after that user verifies their email and completes their first purchase. We may reverse rewards obtained through self-referral or other abuse.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Don't resell alerts, scrape the service, or abuse the referral program. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed alerts, or data errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
